Switzerland’s health-insurance premium regions

The health-insurance premium depends almost entirely on where you live. The FOPH divides Switzerland into premium regions — here they all are, with their median monthly premium and the municipalities they cover.

Twelve cantons are not subdivided: a single premium applies across the whole canton. The others have two or three regions, numbered as the FOPH does — region 1 is the most expensive.
