Switzerland’s health-insurance premium regions

Where you live decides your health-insurance premium more than almost anything else. The FOPH divides Switzerland into premium regions for this. Here they all are, with their median monthly premium and the municipalities they cover.

15 cantons are not subdivided: a single premium applies across the whole canton. The others have two or three regions, numbered as the FOPH does. Region 1 is the most expensive.
