What Ubivo is

Ubivo is an online information service for residential locations in Switzerland. From publicly available official data we compute a picture of living quality („Life-Quality Score") as well as individual factors such as noise, commute accessibility, tax and health-insurance burden. Ubivo is not a real-estate broker, not investment or legal advice, and does not replace a personal on-site visit.

The values shown on ubivo.ch are carefully computed estimates — they replace neither official information nor personal advice. Despite careful review, we accept no warranty for the timeliness, completeness and accuracy of the content. The operators of linked third-party sites are solely responsible for their content.
